Ambassador program FAQ

Do I pay to join?

PROMOTE costs $0/month. It is an approval-only role attached to your personal myTrustly account. An approved application and active Ambassador enrollment open your private workspace.

What can I share and track?

Your personal link connects people to Trustly opportunities. Follow your consented referrals and their recorded application stages in the Ambassador dashboard. A hired stage is a recorded status; it is not independent employment confirmation or a payment receipt.

How are candidate details protected?

Candidate consent gates sensitive identifying details. Obtain the required authorization before submitting a referral. The public program pages never show candidate records, private résumés or individual browsing activity.

When can a reward be paid?

Owner approval gates payout eligibility. Qualifying evidence, the applicable reward terms and paid Company invoice are required. Any configured paid-invoice hold is shown in the payout guide. Payment is not automatic when a candidate reaches a date or an application is marked hired.

The proposed 60-day employment requirement is not a confirmed payment schedule. Confirm the applicable program terms with Trustly before relying on a payment date.

Does connecting Stripe approve my application?

No. Stripe Connect is used only to deliver approved payouts. Connecting Stripe does not approve or unlock PROMOTE. Access and payments remain separate.

Do Company signups earn commission?

Company signup commission is disabled. Current rules apply only to eligible candidate placements.
